The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase a one (1) ton extended cab with suicide doors and eight (8) foot box pick up truck (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The City intends to issue a purchase order upon award, for one (1) vehicle. 

The City may purchase additional units within twenty-four (24) months, from date of award. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for units required to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
