The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to select an operator (the “Operator”) to deliver a Drop-in Centre for individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Richmond from April 16, 2025 to March 31st 2026 funded by the City (the “Centre” or the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

Please Note: Richmond City Hall will be closed from December 25, 2024 and will reopen on January 2, 2025. The City will not be responding to any queries during this time.
