The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage the services of a qualified Contractor to an invasive species management program. This project will encompass priority invasive species recognized under the City’s Invasive Species Action Plan (“ISAP”). Work will involve management of invasive species infestations within complex environments contiguous with the Fraser River, foreshore, the dike and private properties (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
