The City of Richmond (the “City”) intends to engage one or more qualified external service providers to deliver a comprehensive solution update to the current Amanda Application and Amanda Citizen Portal both, proprietary products of Granicus. The Proponent must be able to implement the required functionality, and provide maintenance, and support services to meet its organization requirements during the post-go-live period, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
