The City of Richmond (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEOI”) to invite qualified non-profit organizations to partner with the City in the long-term operation of #650-5688 Hollybridge Way, being a part of (PID: 030-085-489) Airspace Parcel 1 Section 5 Block 4 North Range 6 New Westminster District Air Space Plan EPP65030 on City-owned land, as further described in Appendix 1 – Services (the “Services”).

As such, the City is seeking an experienced operator capable of taking over the operations in a time sensitive manner.

At this time, the City does not intend to extend the closing time for this opportunity. Respondents are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals by the closing time.
