The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a consultant to conduct an assessment of nature-based flood protection solutions and provide recommendations to integrate nature-based solutions with the City’s existing flood protection infrastructure, (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The scope of work for the Project is grant funded under the Union of British Columbia Municipalities’ Community Emergency Preparedness Fund (the “Grant”). As such, the Project schedule is critical. All Work must be completed by July 31, 2025. All invoicing for the Work must be submitted to the City on or before November 15, 2025 to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
