Notice is hereby given by the City of Richmond (“City”) of its intent to contract Ainsworth Inc. to provide Gallagher Systems access control related programming, training, inspection, monitoring, preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, parts, and related labour services throughout City-owned buildings. The purpose of this Notice of Intent to Contract (NOITC) is to advise that the City intends to award a single source contract for a three-year term, with one two-year optional extension to Ainsworth Inc.
