The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced design professionals to form a consultant team to undertake the preparation of refined concept deign, detailed design, costing, tender documents and contract administration for the redevelopment of the playground. The Project will also include site planning, concept design and cost estimate for a new outdoor washroom facility located in Steveston Community Park (the “Project”).
