The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a Contractor to perform on-call repair services, including preventative maintenance, door replacement, retrofitting, and installation of parts, for sliding and pivot automated doors located in approximately forty-five (45) City owned buildings. (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The duration of the contract shall be for 3 (three) years and may be renewed 2 (two) additional 1 (one) one-year period, to a maximum of 5 (five) years, upon mutual consent of both parties. Extension periods will be determined at the time of renewal based on best value for the City.
