The City of Richmond (the “City”) is inviting submissions from qualified engineering consulting firms to be retained as pre-qualified consultants, to provide consulting services on an as and when needed basis for various civil, diking and flood protection, drainage pump station and sanitary pump station projects over a three-year term, as described in Appendix 1 – Services attached hereto (the “Services”). The City is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) to invite interested and qualified parties to pre-qualify to participate in a subsequent request for proposals or other procurement process for the Services. |
