The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase one rotary batwing ROPs mower with three cutting surfaces (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The City is requires rotary batwing ROPS mower that has three (3) cutting surface that has the ability to mow regular turf fields. The unit must have a zero inch uncut turning radius to allow striping mow patterns without leaving uncut grass. The unit must be tier 4 or higher compliant. The unit will be used for mowing of various parks within the City and will be trailered from site to site.
