The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking to engage a highly qualified Contractor with proven expertise in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of a Mobile Command Unit (“MCU”). This MCU will be used collaboratively by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and Richmond Fire-Rescue (RFR) to meet critical emergency and operational needs. The scope and specifications for the Project, as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP), reflect the City's commitment to ensuring that both agencies have the necessary resources to respond effectively in diverse and dynamic situations. |
