Awarded Summary
Contract 8567Q – Supply and Delivery of Multiple Electric Crew Cab Pickup Trucks was awarded to Oceanview Automotive Ltd., a Division of Trotman Auto Group, for the supply and delivery of four (4) 2026 Chevrolet Silverado EV crew cab pickup trucks for $254,970, excluding taxes and contingency. Including a $10,000 contingency allowance, the maximum contract value is $264,970. The vehicles will replace four aging fleet units used by the City's Flood Protection and Sanitary Sewer Operations divisions that have high mileage, increasing maintenance costs, and are due for replacement. Following a competitive RFQ process, Oceanview submitted the lowest compliant bid that met all required specifications and was determined to provide the best value to the City. The acquisition supports the City’s Green Fleet Action Plan and commitment to increasing the use of zero-emission vehicles while maintaining operational requirements and service levels.
