The City of Richmond (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEOI”) to invite qualified non-profit organizations to partner with the City in the development and long-term operation of rental housing on City-owned land, as further described in Appendix 1 – Services (the “Services”).

While the primary objective of this partnership is to advance an application to the Province's Community Housing Fund (CHF), the City acknowledges that the final form of the Project may evolve through community engagement and further planning. As such, the City is seeking a flexible and experienced partner capable of collaborating on funding strategies and delivering housing that responds to local needs and priorities.

At this time, the City does not intend to extend the closing time for this opportunity. Respondents are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals by the closing time.
