The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage qualified energy consultants to conduct a GHG Reduction Master Plan that will focus on the identification of gas conservation measures and renewable natural gas (RNG), as a pathway to achieve carbon neutral GHG emissions and will estimate the financial and energy savings impact associated with each potential measure (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. **Please be advised that the City is closed from December 24th, 2022 – January 2nd, 2023 . As such, the City will not be responding to any questions beyond the questions deadline that is set out in the Bidding System** |
