The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to mill and pave approximately 35.77 lane kilometers of arterial and local roads city-wide as a part of the City’s 2021 Paving Program (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

 

The City’s expectation is that the Work is substantially complete by November 30, 2021.
