The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage up to three qualified Civil Engineering Consultants (the “Consultant”) to provide preliminary engineering design services for perimeter dike raising along River Road from Knight Street to the Canadian National Railway Bridge between 21200 and 21300 River Road (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City will award three separate packages within this Project. The City may award up to 2 packages to the same Proponent. |
