The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to mill and pave approximately 27 lane kilometres of arterial and local roads city-wide as a part of the City’s 2026 Paving Program (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The Work will be substantially completed by December 31, 2026. Proponents are advised that City Council is in the process of reviewing all City Budgets. If City Council does not approve the budget for this work, award of the RFP will not be completed. Please Note: Richmond City Hall will be closed from December 25, 2025 and will reopen on January 2, 2026. The City will not be responding to any queries during this time. |
