The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase two (2) hybrid and/or fully electric low roof vans with rear cargo doors  (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The City intends to issue purchase order(s) upon award, for two vehicles. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). The City encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis.  The City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
