The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to to engage the services of a qualified Insurance Brokerage firm or firms (the “Contractor”) with experience and expertise in the public sector for a 3 (three) year agreement, with an option to extend an additional 2 (two) 2 (two) year term, to:

• Review, analyze, market and place current as well as future insurance coverages (excluding general liability), see schedule A for detailed insurance coverage requirements;
• Provide risk management and risk engineering services and support; and,
• Autoplan servicing. 
  (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The Project also includes City affiliates the Richmond Public Library and Lulu Island Energy Company.

Please be advised, Richmond City Hall will be closed starting from December 25th and will reopen on January 4th. No addendums will be issued during this time.
