The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to invite quotations for the  capable to assist with the creation, implementation and updating of fire safety plans, floor/site plans and instructions to occupants (ITO’s) in City owned buildings, including the identification and training of Supervisory Staff for various City-owned buildings located within the City of Richmond (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.
