The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage qualified consultant(s) and/or a service provider capable of delivering technical assessment(s) and advisory services for the City’s PeopleSoft (“PS”) 9.2 Human Capital Management (“HCM”) and PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain Management (“FSCM”) De-customization Discovery (the “Project”) as described in the Contract document. This Contract may be extended with the successful Proponent to include upgrade services informed by the assessment and/ or outcomes of this discovery Project (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. |
