| Description: |
The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage up to three (3) qualified HVAC contractors for on-call emergency repairs, scheduled servicing and maintenance of various HVAC systems. The Work may be carried out at any of the City’s buildings or facilities on an as and when required basis (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. It is anticipated that the initial term of any subsequent agreement will be for three (3) year and may be renewed for additional two (2) one (1) year terms up to five (5) years, upon mutual consent of both parties and satisfactory performance. Additionally, the City reserves the right to award individual Work to another Contractor or City staff if the successful Proponent cannot meet the mandatory response times. |
