The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a qualified provider(s) to deliver concession services at Garry Point Park a 369 square foot food and beverage facility on the west side of the building (“Unit 110”) and/or a 233 square foot food and beverage facility on the east side of the building (“Unit 120”).  For certainty, Proponents may submit a proposal to deliver food services to one of Unit 110 or Unit 120 or for both facilities, as described in the Contract Documents.
