The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage the services of a qualified Transportation Engineering consultant and/or service provider to review existing transit operations & general traffic conditions, analyze the issues and identify potential solutions (i.e. traffic management, operations measures and geometric improvements, etc.) to enhance the reliability of bus services as well as the general traffic for the corridors and intersections in Study #1 and Study #2 specified in Appendix 4 (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
