The City of Richmond (the “City”) is exploring the procurement of services related to the Provision of Parking Mobile Payment and Permit Solution, as outlined in Appendix 1 – Services (the “Services”).  Through this Request for Information and Prequalification (RFIPQ), the City invites interested and qualified parties to submit information regarding their capabilities and solution offerings. The purpose of this RFIPQ is to gather information on technological advancement, innovative solution with integration capabilities and qualify vendors to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) or other procurement process for the Services.
