The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase one enclosed tractor complete with 16’ (foot) flail mower with (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents. City Hall will be closed Friday, December 25, 2020 and reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021. All questions sent during this time period, will be answered after January 4, 2021. No addendums will be posted during this time as well. |
