The objective of this Request for Quotation (this “RFQ”) is to invite qualified Bidders to each submit a competitive quotation (a “Quotation”) for the performance of the Work.

The City intends to purchase one 50KW and one 100KW initially and may purchase additional units within twelve (12) months of the initial Purchase Order (PO) date. 

The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
