The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage an experienced service provider to provide supply and installation services for playground equipment and playground safety surfacing in Richmond, B.C. (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. 

The City’s anticipated upset maximum for the Project and the Work as described in Appendix 4, is as follows:

Site 1 - Great West Cannery Park - $120,000.00
Site 2 - Heather-Dolphin Park - $160,000.00
Site 3  Odlinwood Park - $160,000.00
*Figures are inclusive of all materials, work, freight, and PST.
