The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to to engage the services of a qualified Contractor to an invasive species management program. This project will encompass priority invasive species recognized under the City’s Invasive Action Plan (“ISAP”). Work will involve management of invasive species infestations within complex environments contiguous with the Fraser River, foreshore and the dike (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The initial term will be for 2 (two) years with the option to renew an additional 2 (two) years 1 (one) year terms, to a maximum of 4 (four) years upon mutual agreement between the Contractor and the City.
