Description: 

The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a Construction Manager (the “Contractor”) to provide pre-construction services for the Hugh Boyd Community Facility and Fieldhouse Project at the City of Richmond Hugh Boyd Athletic Park located at 4038 Francis Road (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The existing Field House is located at 4020 Francis Road. This project is intended to achieve Passive House certification

At this time, the City declines all requests for any extension to the Closing Time. 

Please Note: Richmond City Hall will be closed from 4:30PM December 22, 2023 to 8:15AM January 2, 2024. The City will not be responding to any queries during this time.
