The City of Richmond (the “City”) is prequalifying construction management firms to be registered on a Construction Manager (“CM”) shortlist for the provision of the Services, as described in Appendix 1 – Services attached hereto (the “Services”) for a three (3) year period.

The City reserves the right, at its discretion, to select a single pre-qualified CM to provide a quotation for the Services. At the conclusion of the Services, the City reserves the right, at its discretion, to enter directly into a CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price with Supplementary Conditions Contract with the selected pre-construction CM as described in Appendix 4 – Rules of Engagement attached hereto.

Award of a CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract may include a Community Benefit component.
