The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a qualified Architect (the “Consultant”) to provide investigation, design and contract administrative services for the Seine Net Loft and Shipyard Building (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City requires design and contract administration services for envelope and structural systems o the Seine Net Loft and the Shipyard Building. The City’s anticipated construction budget for this work is estimated at an order of magnitude of $10,800,000.00 for the Seine Net Loft and the Shipyard building. |
