The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to invite individuals, facilitators, instructors, and/or firms (“Proponents”) capable of providing leadership program delivery, team development and other facilitation services to submit a proposal to deliver the City’s Leadership Training Program (LTP) curriculum to City staff (the “Project”), as described in Schedule A – Facilitation of the City’s Leadership Training Program. Only the highest ranked Proponent will be awarded the Work to deliver the LTP, as described in Part 1 (Schedule A) of the Contract Documents.
