The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking proposals for the supply, design, installation, integration, maintenance and support of a modern Audio-Visual (AV) solution to replace the existing aging equipment in four meeting rooms at City Hall (the “Project”). This upgrade aims to enhance the functionality, flexibility, and reliability of AV services to better support in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings. The City’s objective is to deliver a seamless, high-quality AV experience that enables effective collaboration and communication, as further outlined in this RFP. |
