The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to invite quotations for the supply and delivery of SQL Servers, including support and maintenance and Microsoft SQL Licenses (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City intends to award a single Contract for the performance of the Work and encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis. However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
