The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to is proposing to engage a qualified Civil Engineering Consultant to provide drainage modelling services to support the City’s 2041 Official Community Plan (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The base scope of work for the Project is grant funded under the Union of British Columbia Municipalities’ Community Emergency Preparedness Fund. As such, Project schedule is critical. All invoicing for the Project must be submitted to the City before September 29, 2021 for the City to meet grant reporting deadlines. |
