The City of Richmond (the “Owner”) is proposing to engage a qualified architectural consultant to provide engineering design and contract administration services for emergency power and interior upgrades at the City of Richmond Community Safety Building (CSB) located at 12071 No. 5 Road (the “Project”), outlined in Appendix 4 – Scope of Work and as described in the Contract Documents. The City is anticipating to engage a general contractor to complete the construction for the Project and/or the Work. |
