The City of Richmond (the “City”) invites submissions from qualified engineering consulting firms for prequalification to provide consulting services, on an as-needed basis for various civil, diking and flood protection, drainage pump station and sanitary pump station projects, as described in Appendix 1 – Services attached hereto (the “Services”).  The City is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) to invite interested and qualified parties to pre-qualify to participate in a subsequent request for proposals or other procurement process for the Services.

The prequalification list established by the RFPQ will be in effect for a three (3) year term, commencing on January 1, 2027, and expiring on December 31, 2029.
