The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking competitive proposals from capable firms to perform general construction services in accordance with the City’s Job Order Contracting program, and enter into a Job Order Contract with the successful proponent(s). A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects (Job Orders) at different locations within the City of Richmond. Job Orders may include, without limitation, the following: Roof replacement(s), HVAC Renewal(s), Ice Plant Compressor Replacement(s), Change Room Renewal(s), and Heritage Building Structural Upgrade(s), Renovations, etc.
