The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase three medium and/or high roof vans (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents. If proposing both, a medium and a high roof van, submit a separate submission for each. Crew seats (seating for 2 people in the rear) is required in one of the three units. At this time, it is unknown if this unit will be a medium or high roof van.
