The City of Richmond (the “City”) intends to engage one or more qualified external service providers to deliver and support the development of comprehensive building permit solution focused on New Construction, Additions / Alteration and others as identified in this RFP which may include all other types of customer dwelling, (the “Project”), as further detailed in this RFP. The objective of this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”) is to invite qualified Proponents to each submit a competitive proposal (a “Proposal”) for the performance of the Work. |
