The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase multiple commercial sound attenuated dry prime pumps and trailer(s) (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City intends to issue purchase order(s) upon award, for one of each specified dry prime pumps and one trailer. The City encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis. The City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so. The City may purchase additional units within 12 (twelve) months |
