The City of Richmond (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) to invite interested and qualified firms to prequalify as prequalified Architectural Consultants to participate in other procurement processes for various capital building and facility design services (the “Services”). The prequalification list established by this RFPQ will be valid for an initial term of one (1) year. The City reserves the right to extend the term of the prequalification list for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, at its sole discretion for a total maximum of three (3) years. |
