The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage qualified consultants to provide design and contract administration services for track zone and activity level improvement project at Richmond Olympic Oval located at 6111 River Road (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The City is anticipating to engage a construction manager to provide pre-construction through the City’s pre-construction agreement and construction services through a CCDC2 2020 with the City’s supplementary conditions for the Project and/or the Work. 

Disclosure of the construction budget will be determined after award of Contract and during the design process. The Proponent shall provide their fees for service based on level of effort identified in this Appendix 4 – Scope of Work.
