The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase multiple plug-in hybrid and/or fully electric four door sedans  (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The City intends to issue a purchase order(s) upon award, for twelve (12) vehicles. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). The City encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis.  The City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.

The City allows multiple bid submissions per supplier.  For suppliers who wish to submit more than one make and model for either a plug-in hybrid or fully electric four door sedan, complete a separate bid submission. 

The City Hall will be closed from December 24^th, 2021 and returning on January 5, 2022. All emails and phone calls, will not be answered during this period.
