The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage one or more qualified Gallagher Channel Partners (“Installers”) to carry out the new supply and installation of Gallagher Access Controls system. The Work may be carried out at any of the City’s buildings or facilities on an as and when required basis (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) to invite interested and qualified parties to pre-qualify to participate in a request for proposals or other procurement process for the Services. |
