The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage up to three (3) qualified fire systems service providers for on-call emergency repairs, inspections, scheduled maintenance of fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems and fire extinguishers within various City owned buildings and as and when requested (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.

It is anticipated that the initial term of this agreement will be for three (3) year and may be renewed for additional two (2) one (1) year term extensions, upon mutual agreement of both parties and satisfactory performance.
