The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage the services of a qualified Proponent to remove and recycle an existing silica and rubber infilled synthetic turf field, and supply, deliver and install a new TPE infilled synthetic turf field with shock pad at King George Park, 12200 Cambie Rd, Richmond B.C. (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City is interested in considering innovative or novel approaches that address the City’s Objectives and Requirements. The total cost implications for these alternative proposals must be expressly stated within the Proponent’s Submission. |
